»I escaped with my mother and three brothers one and a half years ago; my father and one of my brothers have died in the war.
From Syria, I only took some zuchini with me.
I love the Arabic language and poetry, and since winter I am just learning for school.
I have many friends and we talk about the time in Syria and what we have done in the past. During the day I try not to become sad.
I'm afraid that Bashar al-Assad is still in power. This shouldn't be like this and we should try to prevent it.
I dream of my friends and that we all work all together, I like to play with small children in particular.
I hope that I have a good future and that I will become a teacher.
I have not celebrated my birthday for the last three years.
I hope we win against Assad and that my generation will be better.«
