»Our production plant for crafted beer is partially secondhand and partially build by ourselves, for example we got a steel boiler from a dairy which we have rebuilt for our purposes.<< >>
We use only organic ingredients for our crafted beer and we pass the brewery's waste on to farmers as fertilizer. We acquired our knowledge from books and we visited a beer workshop of a friend who is a chemist. We have been in production for one year now.
At first we spent a lot of time with bureaucracy and it is difficult in the food industry. Although we are not rich, we can live from our work, but we also work a lot.
The sales take place in shops, bars and local supermarkets. Two weeks ago, we offered our beer in bars in Madrid, where the demand is also OK. But we want to sell our beer in particular on location and therefore we look forward to the good feedback from the people here, who didn't know something like this before.
Crafted beer is currently a trend and we want at the same time fair prices, so everyone can afford it. We don't want to become overly rich but we would like to live through our work in a pleasant way. In two years we will see if we can still enlarge and expand the production. We want to grow slowly, right now we are three.
Initially we were unsure and it was like a game, if we can make it. But even if it is a lot of work and it's hard, we are still happy, because it is our own thing.«
